President: Catherine Chan

Hi, I’m Catherine, a third year History student, and I’m your Riding Club President this upcoming academic year. I love Neon, Childish Gambino and am always impartial to a good flat white (or G&T at the weekend). You might know me from being involved with socials last year. I have been running circles, putting together team meals or organising brunch dates for the club (Coffee Architects is hands down a personal hobby of mine). Being part of Warwick Riding has been an amazing part of my university experience, picking riding up after a short break from ponies in Sixth Form. I’m sure it’ll also become a great part of your university life too! We welcome riders at all levels and run plenty of fun social and riding events - from Circles to Gymkanas theres something for everyone. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or queries. I really look forward to meeting you all this upcoming academic year!

Vice President: Bea Quesada

Hi Everyone!! My name is Bea (most people call me B) and I’m a second year PPE student. I’ve been riding for as long as I can remember so horses form a pretty huge part of my life as you can imagine. I’ve been part of the B(est) Team this past year and I’m really excited to be taking on the role of Vice-President for the upcoming year! Whether you’re a total beginner or an experienced rider, be sure to come along to tasters and team trials - we love to watch our UWRC family grow!! Can’t wait to meet you all, B.

Treasurer: Tom Frampton

Hi I’m Tom, a 3rd year Computer Systems Engineer, and I’ll be your Treasurer for this upcoming year, my second year in a row (I just can't get enough of this club)! I’ve been working with horses since I was 10, managing a Riding School for 5 years prior to coming to Warwick and have been lucky enough to be on the B-Team the past 2 years. The club is a huge part of my life, and I’m really looking forward to working with the rest of the Exec to ensure the club runs as smoothly as possible.

Secretary: Lucy-Louise Milton-Renshaw

Hi everyone, I’m Lucy-Louise, a third year History student, and I’m your Secretary for this academic year. I joined UWRC last year after a short break from riding, I found it a really comfortable and supportive environment to get back into horse riding. UWRC socials have also been a great part of my second year experience so I would encourage you to come along this year. I look forward to meeting you all soon!

Team Captain: Claire Davies

Hi I’m Claire, a third year (scary, scary times kids) PPE student and your Team Captain for the forthcoming year. I’ve been riding since I was six and did a little bit of eventing before joining Warwick riding where I’ve been a member of both A and B team. I was also your social sec last year running circles, brunches (s/o to Coffee Architects) and various other socials...so I’ve seen, and can definitely recommend both sides of the club. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about teams and I look forward to seeing lots of new and returning faces at trials!

Lessons Co-ordinator: Qasim Ibraheeme

Hi! My name is Qasim and I'm a 3rd year Chemistry student. I will be the lessons coordinator for the year. I started riding during my 2nd year at university and have enjoyed it ever since! I will be sorting out everything to do with lessons and making sure they run smoothly. We're very open to everyone regardless of your background. If there's anything you're unsure of you can always ask me.

Social Secretary: Kat Hutchin

Hi, I'm Kat, a second year physics student, and I'll be your Social Sec for the upcoming year. I've been riding since I was 4 and horses have always been a massive part of my life, so I've loved being able to continue this at uni! This year I'll be organising a large variety of socials everyone can enjoy, from bar crawls to club meals (don't worry I'm not your stereotypical physics student, socials will be lots of fun!) Can't wait to meet you all soon!!
